Please note that the conference has ended. This website only serves documentation purposes.

As the 43rd Annual DGfS Conference is held exclusively online due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many advantages of a normal conference are lost: especially the possibility to meet face-to-face outside the official conference events, to visit the city of Freiburg and to attend other, cross-conference events.

In order to allow for the social aspects of a conference, we have created a Gather Space. There you can meet for informal, personal exchanges, take a look at the contributions of the poster sessions, inform yourself about the diverse offers of some publishing houses and sponsors of the conference, and take a glimpse at the city of Freiburg.

Information on how to access the Gather Space is provided in this password-protected .pdf document. The password has been communicated to all those who have registered for the conference via the registration form. If you want to request the password (again) or have any other access problems, please do not hesitate to contact our IT helpdesk during the conference hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.):

If you can access Gather, you will additionally be able to get personal help with your technical questions at the IT helpdesk in Gather on Tuesday, February 23, from 3 to 5 p.m.
